1. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.

2. Provision of Personal Data

The Operator does not provide the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for:

  • the chosen shipping company responsible for delivering goods or services,
  • state authorities in case of inspections,
  • intermediaries based on a mutual agreement concluded in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

3. Protection of Personal Data

The Operator is required to secure personal data from unauthorized access by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures. All employees of the Operator are also required to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data.

4. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has rights under § 19 et seq. of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., specifically:
a) Right to information – fulfilled by this document and business terms and conditions.
b) Right to access personal data (§ 21) – allows you to inquire about how and why your data is processed. Requests can be sent via the contact email.
c) Right to correct personal data (§ 22) – enables you to update incorrect or outdated personal data.
d) Right to delete personal data (§ 23) – can be exercised if you no longer wish for the Operator to process your data.
e) Right to restrict processing (§ 24) – applicable if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
f) Right to object to processing (§ 27).
g) Right to data portability – request the transfer of your data to another entity.
h) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you suspect a violation of data protection regulations.

5. Collected Personal Data

The Operator collects the following personal data:

  • title, first name, last name, address, delivery address, billing address, phone number, email address.
    These details are processed to correctly fulfill your order and are stored for 10 years for archiving purposes. The data is also used for issuing invoices, delivery notes, ensuring transport, and accounting.

6. Processing by Third Parties

The Operator has authorized Heureka Group a.s., Karolinská 706/3, 186 00 Prague 8 - Karlín, ID No: 07822774, to process personal data within the "Verified by Customers" service. On behalf of the e-shop operator, Heureka Group processes the buyer’s name, surname, email, and information about purchased goods to evaluate purchase quality. A one-time email will be sent to the Buyer with an option to provide feedback.

7. Use of Cookies

The website records your IP address, time spent browsing, sources of visits, and viewed content. Cookies are text files stored on your device and are used for:

  • measuring website traffic,
  • customizing page views,
  • displaying relevant advertisements.

Some cookies come from third parties, such as Google, Meta, and YouTube.

The website uses:

  • Technical cookies – essential for the proper functioning of the website,
  • Preference cookies – store settings such as language and currency,
  • Analytical cookies – help analyze user behavior,
  • Advertising cookies – track interests for personalized advertising.
