Some shipments may be divided into multiple packages.

We track all shipments until their delivery to prevent any issues that may arise during transportation.

Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs

The seller's shipping costs are not included in the purchase price of the goods listed on the website.

2.1 Delivery Methods

The delivery of goods is possible only if the shipment is dispatched based on an order:

a) By Slovak Post – to an address (according to the supplier's rates) – the package will be delivered to the address chosen by the buyer (up to 10 kg).
b) By Slovak Post – to a post office (according to the supplier's rates) – the package will be delivered to the Slovak Post branch selected by the buyer (up to 10 kg).
c) By DPD courier (according to the supplier's rates).
d) Pickup at a DPD collection point (according to the supplier's rates).
e) Pickup at a Balikobox (according to the supplier's rates) – applies to packages weighing up to 5 kg.
f) By Packeta courier (according to the supplier's rates).
g) Pickup at a Packeta collection point (according to the supplier's rates).
